Meet Asiman Dash, who joined ChainCraft on April 1st, 2025 as a Process Development Engineer. In his role, Asiman supports the development and scaling up of our downstream technologies for our upcoming full-scale plant. His work spans from lab-scale research, to basic engineering of our pilot, to collaborating with technology partners to make the right design decisions.

What Asiman values most about working at ChainCraft? “Being surrounded by teammates who are passionate about what they are working towards and care about making the world circular via innovation & technology. Being able to see clearly the direct impact my work has on improving our processes and systems”

Although only 9 months in, Asiman has already experienced significant growth:
I’ve gained an immense breadth of knowledge and experience in such a short time. In nine months, I’ve had opportunities that would usually take one to two years elsewhere.”

Best memory so far?
“Representing ChainCraft across multiple events where I got to showcase our innovation and interact with various experts to bring circularity into the chemical industry in a collaborative manner”
