Meet Bas van der Veld, who started as an intern in 2016 and has grown into a key player in our team.
During his internship, Bas was drawn to our dynamic environment, where he could apply his knowledge of chemistry and fermentation to real-world challenges. “From day one, I felt part of the team and had the chance to work on meaningful projects,”.

After completing his studies, Bas was eager to return, and in 2019, he joined us as a Laboratory Analyst. His drive and enthusiasm quickly stood out, and by 2021, he took on the role of Quality Manager, ensuring our high production standards and supporting the growth of his colleagues.
