Meet Erwin Zwolsman, who joined ChainCraft as an intern at the end of 2021 and has since become a driving force in our commercial team.
During his internship, Erwin conducted desk research into various potential feedstocks for our Full Scale factory. He mapped out suppliers of organic residual streams, analyzed their composition, and assessed how each option could impact the factory’s output and financials. “You could say I got quite familiar with the first steps of the production process.”

After his internship, Erwin shifted his focus from input to output; joining the (then very small) commercial team as a Business Developer. As the team grew, so did his role: from building the commercial foundation to driving the valorization of our co-products and delivering sharp business intelligence.
“Since I joined ChainCraft there has never been a dull moment. The team has doubled in size and every year has been different from the previous one, but throughout we had only one goal: to realize the Flagship plant. I’m very proud to have joined the effort to realize this goal.”
