Meet Mya Groot, who joined ChainCraft in February 2023 as Office Manager. At that time, ChainCraft was transitioning from start-up to scale-up and there was a growing need to structure and professionalize office processes. With her prior experience in a similar role, Mya knew what was required and quickly set up and implemented the right processes.

By centralizing office responsibilities, colleagues were able to focus on their own areas of expertise while Mya ensured the daily operations ran smoothly. “I enjoy being part of this young and energetic team. Their enthusiasm and solution-oriented mindset are contagious and inspire me every day.”

Over the past two years, ChainCraft has grown rapidly; both in team size and company development. Looking ahead, the big milestone is clear: building our large-scale factory in Groningen. “Visiting the site in Groningen together with the whole team, combined with team-building activities, was a special experience that I look back on with great joy.”
